We studied Tchibo’s existing double wall glass and coffee equipment product line and prepared a product collection for them. While doing this we considered their quality, design, and brand image, we also provided a price advantage for them and better profitability. After the confirmation of the collection, we studied several factories, did audits and benchmarks, tested samples, and fixed the final supplier accordingly. Via this process, we became door to door, double wall glass cup supplier of Tchibo for 10+ SKU. This is for the first time and only case in Tchibo in their global operation.
